By using rpexotics.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site, including all portfolio listings, pricing, photography, and descriptions, is provided for informational purposes. While we work to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that listings are error-free or that any vehicle remains available for placement.

Privacy and your data

RP Exotics does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Information collected through the Site is used solely to operate the Site and to deliver the services you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Offers and deposits

Submitting an offer through the Site does not create a binding contract. A $1 authorization hold may be placed on your card to verify intent; that hold is voided automatically if the offer is declined or withdrawn. A binding agreement is only formed when both parties sign a separate purchase agreement.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual property

All Site content (including text, photography, video, inventory listings, vehicle descriptions, logos, and the “RP Exotics” name and marks) is owned by RP Exotics or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to train machine-learning models without prior written permission.

DMCA / copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To submit a DMCA notice, send the following to our designated agent at legal@rpexotics.com:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a complete and valid notice and will, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Counter-notices should follow the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) and be sent to the same address.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
