Made in Land Rover's Solihull factory in the United Kingdom, the truck's sprots custom Gun-metal gray paint (professionally painted in England) and trim are in overall excellent order, the bodywork is straight and solid, the engine by is very tidy, the cargo area looks good and the truck's bumpers fit tightly to the body. The truck has running bars and mudflaps. In back, there is a rear window wiper/washer and rear defroster.
This SUV rolls on BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A and General Grabber light truck tires, size 235/85R16 at all four corners. Each one is mounted to a five-spoke alloy wheel. The wheels and tires are all in very good order. It has a 93-inch wheelbase and 5,300 GVWR.
Under the hood is a 2.5L turbodiesel inline four-cylinder engine (code 300). Nineteen ninety-four saw another development of the Tdi engine, the 200Tdi. The 200Tdi was virtually new, despite the same capacity and the Defender had engines in the same state of tune. Backing the motor is a five-speed manual transmission (code R380). Driver convenience features include power steering and power brakes plus a sunroof.
Inside, the truck's seats (upgraded to Exmoor trim), carpet and headliner are all in excellent condition. A three-spoke custom Lode Lane steering wheel with a wood rim is a cabin highlight. The dash sports a full array of gauges while it and the inner door liners are the same excellent order as the rest of the cabin. In back are four, fold-down jump seats. A floor-mounted shifter and a Pioneer AM/FM stereo complete the interior. The radio is a double din with USB phone connections and rear backup camera.
