Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

• Entry is limited to individuals residing within the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area.

• Employees of RP Exotics, Bissinger’s, David Yurman, and their immediate families are not eligible.

• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

• Winner must present a valid government-issued ID to claim the prize.

How to Enter

• Participants may enter by submitting their contact information through the official giveaway landing page. This includes first name, last name, email, and ZIP code.

• Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

• Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CT on February 11.

Entry Requirements

• A valid entry must include first name, last name, email address, and ZIP code.

• Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random on February 12.

• The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

• The prize must be scheduled and redeemed within 7 days of winner confirmation unless otherwise arranged.

Prize Details

The winner will receive:

• A driver and Sprinter van for one night provided by RP Exotics (winner must provide at least one week's advance notice when scheduling).

• Bissinger’s Signature Heart Chocolate.

• A Kendra Scott Necklace

Prizes are non transferable, non substitutable, and not redeemable for cash.

Transportation may be subject to availability, scheduling constraints, and blackout dates.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that RP Exotics and all partners may use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation.

Liability

• RP Exotics and participating partners are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, submission errors, or platform disruptions.

• Winner and guests must comply with all safety rules during transportation.

Privacy and Marketing Consent

• Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner.

• By entering, participants consent to receive promotional communications, newsletters, and marketing emails from RP Exotics and partners.

• Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in all communications.

• Information will not be sold to third parties.

General Conditions

• RP Exotics may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if any factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
